Discussion of Paint: Board voted on the colors for the tower- Fran_Mark Design, gray for walkway,
ultra pure white doors & trim (semi-gloss), pure white walls.
Behr paint or Sherman-Williams or Benjamin Moore or PGA- Contract was Sherman-Williams but
Frank brought Behr to show the colors
Warranty of 5 years in contract
if Behr costs less the contract should be adjusted, what is warranty for Behr
Discussion with Frank about paint quality & cost.
Discussion of door handles – Brass is too expensive, stainless steel and aluminum will pit over time
handles should be the same
Foxglove flower design that Alfonso sent can be used for a new sign for front of the building
Board decided to meet with Frank on the matter of paint color, quality and cost. Paint colors are agreed upon.
