The Foxglove, Inc Cooperative Residence was built in 1964. It is a four story beach front, concrete structure  with 38 one bedroom units in the main building, an employee unit, a meeting room and a two bedroom cottage.  The amenities include an elevator, a heated swimming pool, off-street parking, laundry facilities, a beach side patio and a Meeting room. Co-operative residences are governed by the Florida Co-operative Law 719, the proprietary lease, By-Laws and House rules.
